The Dean & Chapter of Winchester and the trading company Winchester Cathedral Enterprises Limited (“we”, “us” or the “Cathedral”) are responsible for this Site and any newsletters or publications downloaded by you or sent to you by us (the “Site”).

Note that the terms and conditions may be changed from time to time so please review them regularly. Certain products and services offered on the Site (such as tickets for Cathedral events or items from the Cathedral Shop) are subject to different or additional terms and conditions as specified.

The contents of this Site including, but not limited to photographs, illustrations, articles, marks, logos, audio clips and video clips (the “Content”) are intended for your non-commercial personal use, research and private study purposes only. Any distribution or reproduction of part or all of the Contents in any form for any other purpose is strictly prohibited except with our prior written permission.

In accordance with data protection legislation, the Cathedral is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information of visitors using this Site.

What and when we collect

Your Personal Data is collected when you contact us, request information, make a booking, purchase items (including etickets) or support us.
