Join us for a lunchtime concert of music for the season of Remembrance performed by Winchester Cathedral’s Chamber Choir. Enjoy 40 minutes of reflective music in the tranquil beauty of the Cathedral Quire.
The Winchester Cathedral Chamber Choir consists of 25–30 singers of all ages from the surrounding area, making a rich and valued contribution to the Cathedral’s musical life.

Murrill ‘The souls of the righteous’
Farrant ‘Call to remembrance’
Parry ‘There is an old belief’ (from Songs of Farewell)
Parry ‘Crossing the bar’
Howells ‘Requiem’
Concerts are held within the Cathedral’s active daily setting, where nearby spaces may remain open to visitors. While every effort is made to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, some background sound from other areas may occasionally be heard.
