Created by Luxmuralis, renowned for their large-scale art installations led by Peter Walker Sculptor and David Harper Composer, The Storytellers marks their sixth spectacular light show at Winchester Cathedral.
The Storytellers invites visitors on a captivating light and sound journey through Winchester Cathedral’s interior, where famous tales come to life. Inspired by literary greats like Shakespeare and Jane Austen, projections and original compositions will immerse visitors in the rich history of storytelling. In the Nave, 360-degree projections transport visitors into realms of fantasy, romance, science fiction, and adventure. Each scene is paired with a newly composed soundscape, blending light, literature, and music into a breathtaking artistic experience.
Families can take advantage of a special offer on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th March, with tickets priced at just £25 for two adults and up to four children (aged 3-16). Simply select the required number of tickets when booking, and the discount will be automatically applied.
